Might I recommend sculpting the pillow and blanket a bit? It looks unnaturally straight and firm right now. Unless you are planning to use cloth simulation on the blanket of course ;)

Actually I already used the cloth simulation onto the blanket and the pillow, but the effect isn t quite clear on the top of it :/
So I sculpted the shape a little bit by vertice editing now :)
