You should share it.

It doesn't matter if your update looks horrible, your update is a valued part of the creation process and deserves every right to be proudly showcased out there for the world to see. At WIPUP, we believe that this in-between is just as important and breathtakingly awesome as the finished product iself - it's the hidden spectacular adventure behind the creation. Anything from a brainwave of an idea to a tiny nudge of a pixel - we want you to use WIPUP to suit your workflow.

In my storyboard I also required a one-man transport pod. Therefore I decided to start designing it. A year ago some friends and I joined a space settlement design competition and we learnt a huge amount on these cool design stuff and technical info. Therefore I used some of this information to design the pod. Here you can see a start on the heat shield and the basic framework as well as shock absorbers.

Stabiliser fins and cooling liquid pipes as well as actual pod added. The design is meant to be so that the pod has the ability to snap in half, to release the pod.

Ok, I didn't want to go into too much detail for this, as in the movie this pod is barely shown for more than 5-10 seconds, and during that time ... it's moving REALLY fast or silhouetted against something else. So here it is in place with the Earth. As you probably noticed, I got some glowy ideas from Creature Factory's trailer.
