Alright. I took a look at Cicero's mesh again. Needless to say ... it was a pretty messy mesh. Definitely not animation friendly at all. So, what do I do? Yes, that's right. I redid Cicero. For the third time. And the last time. However this time I had a pretty clear idea of what he would look like, I had reference pictures, I had guides from Jonathan Williamson's awesome resources, and I was motivated to try it again. Here's how it turned out after some work and getting the basic shapes.
