More vertex pushing, redid skin texture and redid hands.

Anyway, this thread has been moved to the Focused Critique section (previously in WIP).
I finally managed to get some work done. Wow. I went back to the basic mesh I used for the face (obviously deleting the old one and thus eliminating current shapekeys), worked on it some more, and stitched it onto the original position. Also also deleted the uvmapped textures, made use of blender's built-in stuff, and re-did the skin. Some texture, and a ramp shader.
Side view is available too (still trying to clean up the edge loops and give it a good shape, and work on the hair as well). I would really appreciate if anybody could paint over this to help my profile view. It just doesn't look natural and I want to find out why.
I also redid the hands (Thanks, Calvin - the Calvin from BA and http://www.blenderprojects.com/calvin/).
